Mama Jaguar lives with her husband, Mr. Stripes, in an apartment above his garage. She used to live in the apartment above the library, but rents it out to Cow.

Mama Jaguar runs the library. She organizes the books and keeps the computers working. She is very strict about being quiet in the library, and will roar at anyone who makes noise.
